Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Each order is made on premises at the time the order is received in "first come, first served order". While it is our goal to ship products the same week they are ordered, during high volume times, such as holidays, or new product release, we may need to extend this time.

We ship twice a week.  We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service.  We encourage our International customers to use Priority Mail if they can, however, we understand the rates are very high.  At this time we offer First Class International Package to our customers.  It is important to understand that First Class International Packages can not be tracked beyond the United States Borders, and can not be insured.  It is our experience that, though they do arrive, in some instances they can take up to six weeks.  Please be patient if you choose this shipping option.  All VAT, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup is available on the East side of Raleigh NC (27882).  Please contact us before you use this option, as we will need to coordinate pickup times.  

We will replace insured orders that are damaged in shipping.  Please contact us via our contact form about insurance if you are concerned about loss in shipping.  If your order is damaged please take pictures and send them to us, we will then ship out a replacement on our next shipping day.

 

NEW! Now when possible we will be shipping in BCW Supplies collectible card boxes.  Depending on items ordered and availablility of recycled boxes (always our first choice) we will be using  #500 and #660 boxes.  We hope you will save the boxes, or pass them on to  your favorite Collectible Card Game Fanatic!

 

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted within 30 days on products in new, unused condition for any reason. Buyer pays return shipping in this situation.  Refunds will be made, minus original shipping once the product has been received by BGI.

Defective products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  Please provide photos of the defective product when you contact us. BGI will provide the buyer with a prepaid shipping label for return of the product.  Refund, replacement or store credit will be applied when the item is received by BGI.
