Items are listed as "in stock" as a function of our e-commerce service. Items not listed as in stock can not be purchased. Each item is made to order using acrylic and a laser on the premises. Orders are made on a first come first served basis and at times there can be a wait of a week for parts to ship during busy periods, or times when issues come up with the laser. Every attempt is made to get orders out within a few days of order, we ask that you please be patient with us as we strive to make you the best quality items possible.
Payments are accepted through paypal. Prices are as stated on the product page. At this time we do not offer bulk discounts. Most of our products are produced in Acrylic. It is important that you not treat any acrylic products like glass. Cleaning acrylic should be done using a clean soft
cloth. Light cleaning is best done with a cloth and water. Heavier cleaning can be done using non-abrasive detergent or soap. Do not use alcohol, ammonia, acetone or products containing an abrasive. These items will cause micro-scratches and cracks to form and lead to crazing and cracking in the acrylic. Over time acrylic that is exposed to sunlight will yellow. We recommend that when not in use you keep your acrylic accessories in boxes, or wrapped in cloth.
We've had quite a few questions about the brown paper backing on our clear acrylic products. We leave one side of the backing on during shipment to prevent scratching as the parts are wrapped together. When you get your parts, this paper should be removed and your overlays stored in your game box or a separate box (or just out of the sun), and cleaned as stated in our care and cleaning section of the FAQ. Watch the video below to see how we remove the paper backing!
Or just take a fingernail and gently scrape a corner until you have a bit large enough to grab lifted. Grab that bit and pull. It should come in one piece, or large pieces - depending on how small it was cut. The adhesive will stay with the paper leaving you a clean overlay.
